I was born on January 19th; same day as Sir Edgar Allen Poe. So when R.C. and company released this track on my birthday this year it had a profound effect on me. Hearing the rest of the album brought back fond memories from their earlier works and not once have these guys ever let me down, from A Dead Poem to Genesis to Aeolo to The Heretics, just sheer genius. Bravo gentlemen on another impeccable release. It was definitely a happy birthday when The Raven came out Thank You!

The best album I’ve heard in quite some time. Better than Litourgiya to my ears. Haven’t listened to post Drabikowski Batushka so I can’t really compare the two. Really hopeful that he puts out more music. I’m interested in anything he serves up.

I happened upon Batushka by clicking on a suggested video on YouTube and Yekteniya 3 was the one that I heard first. From there, I was hooked. Yektoniya 3 constantly haunts me to the point where I have to get my daily/weekly fix of it. Overall the whole Litourgiya album is perfection from start to finish. I am enamored by it all from the chants to the harsh vocals to the energetic guitar playing to the thunderous drums. Excellent!
